During a long walk through some fields in Missouri I suddenly find myself staring at this beautiful fawn. It must have wandered away from its mother; she is nowhere to be seen. Its first reaction was to take a few big leaps away from me but then it stood still and turned around. Both of us just stood there, evaluating the other. Finally it decided I wasn"t only strange but possibly also a threat and continued leaping and continued on its way. Beautiful creature.
