Shipping policy
Orders are shipped fully insured via UPS or parcel post, unless specified otherwise. A street address is required. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and foreign countries are sent via UPS Air and actual freight charges will be billed upon order.
Freight Charges
The dealer pays actual freight and handling costs and any applicable carton charge. UPS charges additional fees on oversized packages and signature required deliveries.
Drop Ship Locations
We will be happy to drop ship your order to your customer. There will be a $5 drop ship fee per address.
Sales Tax on Drop Shipments
Please note that we are required to charge sales tax for shipments going to the following states: CA, CT, FL MN, NY, NJ, TX, PA, WA, and WI. You will not be charged sales tax if you have a resale certificate on file with us for one of the above states. All other states not listed are excluded from sales tax currently. Please send any additional state resale certificates for your company to us at accountservicessupport@artbrand.com or fax to 1-800-243-8533 with your company name, phone number and account number.
Returns and Damaged Shipments Policy
Art Brand Studios (ABS) accepts returns under the following situations: Defective merchandise, product damaged in shipment from ABS to the dealer and ABS shipping errors. Please check acknowledgements carefully to avoid duplicate order and shipping errors. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have the department manager’s authorization.
Procedure for Returns and Damaged Shipments
If a shipping box is noticeably damaged on the outside when it arrives at your store, refuse delivery, and contact ABS Customer Service Department immediately at 1-800-445-6413. We will replace the items as soon as possible. The refused package will be returned to ABS by the carrier.
If the contents of the box are found to be damaged after the box is opened, contact Art Brand Studios Customer Service at 1-800-445-6413. We will instruct you on the procedure for replacement of the product. It is your responsibility to examine the contents of the shipment carefully and completely for product damage, defective merchandise, or inaccurate shipment within 15 days of receipt. A return authorization number from our Customer Service Department is required for all returns.
Print Replacement Policy
Art Brand Studios will package your print so that it arrives in mint condition. Should any damage occur in transit, we will provide a print replacement at no charge. We must be notified of damaged shipments within 15 days of receipt. Due to the nature of limited-edition prints, ABS cannot guarantee the availability of replacement prints. We encourage our customers to ensure prints for market value to compensate for the damages.

Freight Delivery
Some large items or volume orders will be shipped via common carrier (freight truck) and require additional delivery time. Please be sure to include your daytime phone number when ordering so that the driver can contact you to schedule delivery. Our basic freight service includes curb-side delivery. Please call us for additional delivery options. Special charges will apply on deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and foreign countries. The dealer is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes for international shipments at the time of delivery.
