When I bought the lilies for the new pond I thought I picked the white lilies… After all, lilies are supposed to be white! So imagine my surprise when the flowers opened and…were pink! At first I knew for sure I wanted to trade them for white ones but I have come to love them! The combination of the pink flowers and the white wagtail hunting for insects is beautiful! He flaps his wings and wags his tail to startle and flush out insects.
