Please note: A $5 drop ship fee per address will be added to your order.

Sales Tax on Drop Shipments

We are required to charge sales tax on shipments going to the following states:

  • California (CA)
  • Connecticut (CT)
  • Florida (FL)
  • Minnesota (MN)
  • New York (NY)
  • New Jersey (NJ)
  • Texas (TX)
  • Pennsylvania (PA)
  • Washington (WA)
  • Wisconsin (WI)

To be exempt from sales tax in these states, you must have a valid resale certificate on file with us.

Please include your company name, phone number, and account number with your submission.

No sales tax is currently charged for shipments to states not listed above.

Shipping & Tracking Information

Production Times

Most artwork and décor items are made to order.

  • Open Edition: Ships in 3–5 business days
  • Limited Edition: Ships in 7–9 business days

Tracking Updates

Once your order ships, tracking information will be available through your online portal.

Returns & Damaged Shipment Policy

Art Brand Studios accepts returns under the following conditions:

  1. Defective merchandise
  2. Damage during shipment from ABS to you
  3. Shipping errors made by ABS

Note: All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and require prior authorization from a department manager.

What to Do If a Package is Damaged

  • If the box is visibly damaged upon delivery:
    Refuse the package and contact ABS Customer Service immediately at 1-800-445-6413. The package will be returned to us by the carrier, and we will send a replacement.
  • If damage is found after opening the package:
    Contact ABS Customer Service at 1-800-445-6413 for instructions. You must inspect shipments and report damage, defects, or incorrect items within 15 days of receipt.

All returns must be authorized in advance and include a return authorization number issued by our Customer Service Department.
